MAKING A BOOKING

 Our aim is to make this as stress free for our clients as possible. All you need to do is to tell us when your event iis, where it is being held and any other important details such as the nature of the celebration, the style of he  venue and any themes in terms of colours or dress. We will offer you the most suitable suggestions and clear pricing for your event. Once you have decided which option to choose, we will send you a contract confirming all your details. We ask for a deposit with booking and then the balance becomes due fourteen  days prior to the date of the performance so that on the day itself you can just enjoy the music and not worry about anything else !

WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Ideally three months or more gives you a good range of choice with regard to availability of our harpists. However we know that life is not always straight forward and have been able to arrange very  short notice bookings including same day and next day. To avoid stress levels all around, at least one week is preferable.

She manages the team to ensure that you have the artist most suitable for your event both musically and geographically. UK Harpists is committed to quality service

Recent engagements for Xenia include a wedding at Le Manoir Aux Quatre Saisons, and playing for the opening of the new Duchess Grandstand at Epsom in the presence of HRH Duchess of Cornwall.

From your initial enquiry to the end of your event, we are here to ensure that it you benefit from our experience and sector knowledge. Most importantly, we want your event exceed your expectations. 

Xenia Horne

Trained as a harpist, singer and pianist before embarking on her degree in Theatre. She continued to work in Theatre both as a musician and performer upon graduation and used that experience to inform her own presentation skills. She formed her first business Musicmakers UK in 1990 to provide more opportunities for performance in East Anglia. Subsequently she realised that there was space for a niche company to deal just with the Harp,and so set up UK Harpists. Over twenty years of playing experience has meant that Xenia can not only access a wide range of repertoire but has many personal contacts that enable her to offer a superior service to clients.!
